In this article, you will find an overview of all roles and permissions for website users. The system is divided into three parts. The role determines what you can do. App access determines which additional apps you have access to, and site access determines which sites you can access.
Role
Read only
With this role, users in read-only mode can view the website. This user cannot make any changes.
Site administrator
With this role, the user can add, modify, and delete content on the website. This user can also invite, modify, and remove other users. Changes can only be made for the websites to which this user is linked. Additionally, the user can view all form submissions linked to the website.
Multisite Administrator
With this role, the user can add, modify, and delete content on the website. This user can also invite, modify, and remove other users. Changes can be made to users of all websites. The user can also view all form submissions linked to the website.
Content manager
With this role, the user can add, modify, and delete content on the website. It is not possible to create users or view submitted forms.

App access
Blog admin
This user can add, modify, and delete blog posts on their own website.
Activities admin
This user can add, modify, and delete activities on their own website.
Forms contact person
This user can view form submissions from the website to which they are added and can export this data. However, they cannot delete or modify this information.
