In this article, we will explain how to manage users.
- Go to Management.
- Then, click on the Users button under the Users section.
- You will now see all users who have access to the website(s).
In the overview, you will see the usernames with their associated email addresses. If you scroll sideways, you can view the status of each user.
Searching for users
If you are looking for a specific user, you can use the search filter. By clicking on the search icon, the system will search through all users.
By default, all groups are displayed. By choosing a specific group on the right side, you can view users from a particular school or role.
Adding a user
By clicking on the Add User button, you can create a new user. Click here for more information on adding a user.
Modifying a user
By clicking on the username, you can access the details of the user and make changes. Click here for more information on modifying the user's role.
