In this article, we will explain how to change the size of an image on a page in your school website.
Below, we will provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this.
- Go to the image that you want to resize. Then, double-click on the image to open the settings window.
-
Next, click on 'Show' next to 'Crop settings'. If you don't see this immediately, scroll down in the window. Now, several options for cropping the image will appear.

-
Then, click on the plus sign next to 'Thumbnail Options'. A new screen will appear where you first need to enter a name for this new thumbnail option. In this case, since we want to crop the image square, we name the thumbnail option 'Square'. This is useful because you can easily use this thumbnail option again for other images. Next, enter the desired height and width in pixels. In this case, set it to 500 by 500. Finally, the options 'Crop' and 'Scale' remain. Leave both of these options enabled and click on Save.

- The thumbnail option you just created will now be automatically set as a choice in the list and will be selected immediately in the 'Thumbnail Options' field. Double-check this and then click on Save.
