When creating a form, an email address can be provided where the form submissions will be sent. On the left side, you will find the available email addresses of the website users. By selecting the email address and then clicking the right arrow, the email address is added to the mailing list. 

If you want to remove an email address, select the email address on the right and choose the left arrow.
